I personally believe that the most overlooked “key” is PRAYER. A church can certainly “grow” in number through human effort…..a church that seriously believes that it is “‘not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit’ says the Lord Almighty” will make PRAYER (I mean REAL prayer)a priority in the “growing” process.

I totally agree with Rick’s observation…at least it true with church i was part of. The congregation is small, but pastor and its leaders only care for themselves even though they pray often.
