  1. Glen Woods says:

Big church? Small church? Mission-minded church. Size is irrelevant.

Location? The city. Outside the walls of a church building

    Title? None

Responsibilities? Do life as an ambassador for Christ with people who will never step foot inside of a church building based on typical church marketing.

  2. Speaking pastor at a medium to large size church. I have a desire to lead, but I realize my gifting is more in public speaking. If I could prepare sermons and work with (not over) a group to implement ministry church wide, I think that would be ideal.

  3. Administrative Pastor at a larger church that is growing through outreach. Where isn’t such a big deal…

  4. Pastor of a church of less than 200 that never grew, but constantly planted other churches that planted other churches…

  5. Jim Peet says:

Pastor of a rural church of about 50. I would like to be able to really shepherd a small church that can’t afford to pay a Pastor.

  6. John M. Harris says:

Lead Pastor of a new church who want to reach people and see them grow.

  7. Keith says:

Big church? Small church? Does not matter, maybe big with the freedom to help the smaller ones that can’t afford the help.

Location? Charlotte, NC (if it’s my choice)

    Title? Does not matter

    Responsibilities?
Help all size churches with technology & strategy so they can focus on the most important things and not waste resources.

  8. Joel says:

Building relationships between the different generations and ministering to our local businesses.

  9. Teaching Pastor of a healthy church, serving with a Lead Pastor who serves as a coach/mentor/pusher.

Responsibilities in addition to preaching/teaching would include creating creative communication elements, training/equipping young communicators, and serving on a leadership team.

  10. This is assuming that ministry only happens in a local church?

  11. David says:

    No particular order:

    1. Worship pastor where that was all I had to focus on, except for my involvement in a small group and other team ministry tasks/events.

    2. Speaker at a place where that was the focus, without too many administrative additions.

    3. Parachurch, such as the Baptist DOM or the like, where I could be a support or a “pastor” for pastors. I love encouraging these men.
