Dallas Pastors Continue to Address Racial Divide

Bryan Carter of Concord Church in Dallas, TX, a black pastor, reached out to Jeff Warren, a white pastor, two years ago in the wake of the shooting in Ferguson of Mike Brown. The two men created a meetup of pastors that resulted in dialogue, swapped pulpits, and deeper conversations about race in America. The network of pastors also hosted prayer services after several police officers were shot in Dallas.
