Take a look at a story from this week’s edition of Ministry Briefing:
Apple has come out with a new and improved Apple TV, which means more technology at the fingertips of churches. The website Church Tech Today advises:
Get an Apple TV app for your church and start putting your content on it. The hardest and most expensive way is to hire a developer to build a custom app for your church. The simplest and most affordable way is to use a streaming service like churchstreaming.tv and let them build it for you. Most church streaming providers are working on adding Apple TV to their offerings.
Why this is important:
- This could change the way streaming video is delivered to listeners
- Churches can have their own channel to add to Apple TV for their congregations
- A lot of churches have already been using Roku, but the Apple platform offers a more robust option
- Yet another way that churches can use technology to reach more people
