Why this story matters for church leaders:
Religion is taking a back seat in many polls for the 2016, with gender becoming more important for determining voting trends.
- Religion and Politics: Many church-going Americans are struggling to accept Trump as a nominee for president. Will religion continue to be less important for politics?
- An Opportunity: Certain religious groups have long been linked with political parties, and a disruption could be good for the long term goal of sharing the gospel without politics in the mix.
- Christian Values: Clinton vs. Trump bring up moral dilemmas than perhaps any other election.
How does the “God Gap” impact your church?
