Todd is the author of a future New York Times best-seller on something worthwhile (although he's still raising funds to help make that happen). He's never quite learned that sarcasm doesn't work well on the internet. In fact, he believes that 50% of people believe everything they read online, and another 40% think only the worst of others (including himself). He writes this blog for the remaining 10 percent, most of whom, frankly, think he's nuts.
Todd loves the Jesus, the big "C" church and church leaders. His hope is to encourage and engage pastors and church leaders around the world. He writes on the good, the bad, and the ugly that is today's Church.
You may not always agree with Todd, and that's ok. His goal is to share perspectives and thoughts that will challenge you to become a better leader in your local context; and to spur you on in your race so that you'll finish well. The thoughts here are Todd's and Todd's alone (no one else would claim them).
