Leadership positions are a mixed blessing. For those wired to lead it is a joy to be in one’s sweet spot. However, leadership brings with it a set of very real temptations that trip up CEO’s, pastors, presidents and ministry leaders. Given these temptations, the first priority of every leader ought to be health: emotional, relational, spiritual, leadership and skill health. In the absence of that kind of care, there is a high likelihood that a leader will suffer one or more of the following temptations.

Hey Todd! Do you think it’s possible to jot down a short list of the points made when the topic is a video topic? I own a computer company, am the worship and youth leader at my church, a wife and 3 children plus I run a studio part time, so I don’t get a chance to read your emails as they come, so I usually find myself taking 15 minutes and catching up on 6 o 7 emails (60 or 70) topics every couple of weeks and it would be awesome if there was just a small bulleted list of what’s covered in the videos. I just never have time to watch 5 or 10 minutes of one thing.
