Here are 8 things that caught my eye this morning.
Most notably: Yesterday was the first Sunday since the split at the Crystal Cathedral. Looks like about 100 people left the building to join Sheila Schuller Coleman and Jim Penner’s new church plant. Attendance at the Cathedral (which changed back to their traditional worship service) rose to about 1,200 (over two services). Take out all the media, out of town visitors and tourists, and they probably had about a hundred people as well.
